This series of photographs follows the Sierra Vista line, a former route of the Pacific Electric Company, which began in downtown L.A. and ended in what is now, El Sereno. The now obsolete public transportation system existed in Los Angeles during the first half of the last century before being dismantled as a new transportation infrastructure got built during an unprecedented postwar era of expansion and development.
